Day 1: Arrival in Kigali

you will be picked by our drive /guide who will transfer to 5swiss hotel in Kigali for overnight.

Day 2: After breakfast at Inside Africa Hotel in Kigali head to Volcanoes

the guide will come at the hotel for briefing and then he will take you hit the road driving north-wards to Volcanoes national park in Musanze province former Ruhengeri and cross through the Chanika boarder to kisoro and then transfer to Bwindi national park and tonight you will sleep in the lodges below. Chameleon hill lodge or Nkiringo gorilla lodge

Day 3: After breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides

depart with picnic lunch boxes to start a 30 minutes – 8 hours trek to find the Mountain gorillas as you hike up and down slippery slopes with dense mist covered vegetation. This strenuous quest will eventually bring you to the face of one of the most sought after creatures-the mountain gorilla. After a full hour with them while observing and learning their behavior as you take photos, return to the lodge and this evening you will take a village walk through batwa communities.

Day 4: In the morning after your breakfast

you will drive to Chanika boarder and cross to Rwanda and you will check in at Mt gorilla view lodge and this evening you will have a village walk in the communities.

Day 5: After breakfast, Gorilla Trekking

you will depart for the Headquarters of the Park where your driver-guide will accomplish the necessary formalities for you. You will meet your ranger guide(s) for a briefing about the greatest animal experience ever! You will be taken to the slopes of one of the Virunga volcanoes for your trekking . After you will check out and get ready to transfer to Gisenyi – Lake Kivu. En route visit the Murambi Genocide Memorial Site and the King’s palace reaching Lake Kivu in time for lunch to relax along the lake shores. Dinner and overnight at serena lake kivu

Day 6: morning at leisure and later Departure

you will be transferred back to Kigali and a brief city tour and then be dropped at the airport in time for check in for your flight.
