5 Days Kidepo Safari: Wildlife Tour to Kidepo Valley National Park.

Overview

5-Days Kidepo Valley National Park Wildlife Safari takes you through Kidepo Valley National Park, which is located in the northeastern section of Uganda near the Uganda-South Sudan border. The park covers 1,442 square kilometres and has more animal species than any other park in Uganda. The park’s game viewing is by far the greatest, with plenty of animals such as bush duikers, leopards, cheatahs, striped hyenas, lesser kudus, elephants, buffaloes, jackals, antelopes, bush infants, and many more.

Kidepo Valley National Park offers great hiking adventures with beautiful scenery of the Lamoj Mountains just a short drive from the headquarters. The Kanangorok Hot Springs, located 11 kilometers from Kidepo River Valley, are a fantastic spot to visit with great photographic views of lions on Ant Hills. Other must-see spots include the Narus Valley in the park’s south west, which has great views of hyenas, leopards, and a diverse range of wildlife.

Nature hikes that take you to the Karamajong communities in their manyatta huts, traditional karamajong attire, spears, arrows, and bows from their homesteads can be a riveting experience for anyone looking for African Cultural Safaris.
