3 days Masai Mara flying safari - wildlife adventure tour.
Overview
3 Days The Masai Mara flying safari provides access to one of Africa’s best wildlife reserves, Masai Mara National Park, a conserved savannah wilderness located in the southwest of Kenya. About 270 kilometers separate the park from Nairobi, Kenya’s capital, and it covered an area of 1,510 square kilometers (580 square miles). You may see a variety of animal species on the safari, including buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, Thomson’s gazelles, and wildebeest.
The Masai Mara is well known across the world for its remarkable wildlife and the “great migration,” which is the yearly movement of zebras, antelopes, Thomson’s gazelles, and wildebeests to and from the Serengeti from July to October.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Fly to the national reserve of Masai Mara.
Depending on flight availability, depart from your Nairobi accommodation either early in the morning or later in the day to fly to Masai Mara with Air Kenya from Wilson. Arriving in Masai Mara by plane takes around 45 minutes to an hour.
Our driver will greet and pick you up when you arrive in Masai Mara, following which you will go on the afternoon wildlife drive. Usually, this game drive lasts until 1830, at which point he will take you to the lodge for supper and the night.
Meal Schedule: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Full day game drive in a hot air ballon in Maasai mara
After an early pickup at 04:30 am, you will be taken to the balloon ride departure location, which usually takes no more than 1.5 hours. We will serve you champagne brunch upon your arrival, and then our driver will pick you up to continue the full-day game drive.
The “big five” of the Masai Mara include lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo. The other two are more elusive and timid, so it takes luck to sight them. The concentration and quantity of animals in the park is unparalleled. At the hippo pool, where you could be lucky enough to see crocodiles lounging on the rocks, we will prepare a picnic lunch. Many plains animals, such as Masai giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and antelopes.
Rest of meals and overnight in the lodge.
Overnight and dinner at the camp
Day 3: Masai Mara Air Strip to Nairobi Wilson Airport
Wake up at 6:00 am, grab a cup of hot coffee or African tea, and head out for an early morning game drive. The early morning game safari gives you a fantastic chance to see the Big Five in the morning. Male African Jungle Lions and other Kenyan big five, including the Big Cat documentary’s documented lion, leopard, and black rhinos, can be seen along the trails.
The Trails of Kenya After two to three hours of game viewing, head back to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Check out of the lodge after breakfast, go on your last game drive, and then travel to the airport to catch your flight back to Nairobi. You will arrive in Nairobi Wilson and you will be met by one of our drivers who will drop you into your hotel.
